About the role:

At Softheon, our Demand Generation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our B2B enterprise offerings. This individual will craft, execute, and optimize multifaceted marketing campaigns tailored to nurture accounts throughout their journey in our sales funnel. With a keen understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), they will deftly employ our suite of marketing technologies, including Terminus, Hubspot, SalesLoft, and Google Analytics, to create meaningful touchpoints that resonate with our target audience.


As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll be expected to think both strategically and tactically. Your insights into the B2B landscape will inform our account-based marketing approach, playing a major role in helping accounts move through the marketing and sales funnel. Your hands-on approach will see you actively delving into the minutiae of campaign management, continuously iterating for success. Collaborative in nature, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, synthesizing their expertise to create campaigns that truly speak to our audience's needs and aspirations.       


What we offer:

Salary - $94,000 - $115,000

You will:

Planning and Collaboration:

  • Campaign Development: Design and roll out comprehensive demand generation campaigns, aligning with broader company objectives, sales targets, and available budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment in messaging and targeting.
  • Content Creation: collaborate on the creation of assets that effectively engage targeted accounts, such as whitepapers, webinars, and social media campaigns.

ABM Expertise:

  • Targeting Precision: Craft tailored marketing campaigns that cater to specific high-value accounts, ensuring resonation at every touchpoint.
  • Continuous Refinement: Regularly evaluate the efficacy of ABM efforts, adapting tactics based on analytics and feedback.
  • Touchpoint Design: Curate impactful touchpoints throughout the customer journey, ensuring each one adds value and propels accounts forward.
  • Sales Funnel Integration: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing touchpoints effectively feed into the sales funnel and contribute to conversions

Campaign Analytics:

  • Performance Analysis: Deploy tools like Google Analytics to gauge campaign success, drawing insights to fuel refinement.
  • Feedback Loop Creation: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from sales and other teams, translating it into actionable marketing improvements.
  • ROI Tracking: Monitor the return on investment for each campaign, reallocating resources to maximize effectiveness.

Technological Proficiency:

  • Platform Mastery: Expertly navigate and utilize tools like Hubspot, SalesLoft, and Terminus to craft and monitor campaigns.
  • Technology Exploration: Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, evaluating and introducing tools that can amplify our efforts.

  • Travel required up to 20%

You have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years in B2B marketing, with experience in demand generation
  • A data-driven mindset, paired with superior analytical capabilities.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Familiarity with our suite of marketing tools: Hubspot, Terminus, SalesLoft, Google Analytics, and more.
  • In-depth understanding of Account-Based Marketing methodologies.
