Demand Generations and Marketing Operations Director Corsica Technologies is a nationally recognized, award-winning and rapidly growing managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, and we are looking for an organized, adaptable, and experienced marketing project and traffic manager to support our marketing team.The role is fully remote, with someone ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zone, who is looking for a leadership role within a highly collaborative, positive and team-focused environment.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and overseeing the demand generation and sales development teams, this role is focused on the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, the website, the sales and marketing funnel, and metrics.Additionally, this role is responsible for marketing operations, ensuring that people, processes, and tools are optimally set up, aligned, and integrated in order to achieve superior performance, as well as provide visibility and analytics on effectiveness and results to the leadership team.You'll have lots of support being successful in this role - from your team, the CMO, and outside agencies, making this an exciting time to join and providing high-visibility for the person in this role.If you've led the successful execution of integrated, end-to-end campaigns that have driven demand and accelerated sales deals, this could be your next opportunity. Responsibilities • Collaborate with product marketing, CMO, and the marketing team to own the strategy and execution for all lead generation programs to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, renewals, and expansion across both new businesses and existing accounts across all verticals.• Collaborate with product marketing and the marketing team to establish and operationalize ABM campaigns.• Partner and strategize with product marketing and service line leaders to translate business needs into compelling and effective demand generation channels, including content, events, webinars, paid, social and organic.• Work with product marketing, demand generation and marketing operations to develop, manage, and execute nurture campaigns to move new leads through the sales cycle.• Own the lead demand generation planning efforts, including production of lead generation goals and forecasts, setting and managing budget priorities, and measuring overall results.• Responsible for weekly and quarterly marketing reporting across lead generation, productivity, and opportunity creation. Understand what is working and what isn't, and make recommendations to optimize and help drive the direction of marketing programs.• Provide best practices in lead management as well as constantly refining the lead gen, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.• Drive our digital strategy and continuously optimize our website to drive an effective inbound lead generation strategy.• Direct the sales development team on outbound call campaigns and ensure they are achieving inbound metrics. Competencies and Qualities • Deep technical experience in martech, CRM, lead generation, lead scoring, account-based marketing, revenue attribution, ROI.• Experience directly managing a team and implementing processes and systems. • Understands and has managed sales development, demand generation, and marketing operations teams.• Works collaboratively within and across teams.• Leverages data for insights and optimization. Education, Experience, and Certifications Required• At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B demand generation and ABM.• Hands-on direct experience with a marketing automation system and CRM.• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing• Very strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred• Experience in working in the technology managed IT and/or cybersecurity space is highly desired• Experience with Hubspot preferred• MBA an advantageIf you don't think you meet all of the criteria above but are still interested in the job, please apply.
