Job Description

100 Remote Opportunity Deploys and maintains cloud-based Deltek Costpoint ERP, and related Finance and Accounting solutions and systems. Builds relationship with current and potential customers. Prepares complex recommendations and solutions through information technology consulting for external customers and internal clients. Leads tasks and projects and provides status reporting for all significant activities. Develops and maintains effective working relationships Applies courtesy, tact and discretion uses interpersonal skills to build alliances to achieve objectives Handles disagreements and conflict in a productive and respectful way Demonstrates commitment to NeoSystemsrsquo vision, mission and goals. Basic Qualifications bull Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Sciences or equivalent experience. bull Minimum of five years related hands-on Information Technology work experience. bull Five or more years of experience supporting and install Costpoint and other related applications. bull Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating systems (Server 20192016 Window 10). bull Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS). bull Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). bull Requires knowledge of complex software products, engineering and other technical solutions. Working knowledge and experience with Deltek products including Costpoint, Time Expense, Budgeting Planning, Cobra, GovWin, Open Plan, PM Compass, IBM Cognos (CER) and Costpoint Analytics. bull Working knowledge of network, server and application troubleshooting. bull Possess an understanding, at a detailed level, of architectural dependencies of technologies used throughout the environment including networks, servers, databases, and applications. bull Experience installingdeployingconfiguringmaintaining ERP, Accounting and Financial systems. bull Experience working in Service Center, Managed Service Provider (MSP) and or Cloud Service Provider environments. bull Experience implementing and automating complex systems and processes. bull Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. bull Possess the ability to translate complex problems into a simpler language for the customers and vice versa. bull Successful completion of third-party background investigation and credit check. Preferred Qualifications bull Experience with Microsoft PowerShell. bull Previous technical help desk support, tier 2 or equivalent experience bull Experience with Workspace One application delivery. bull Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Windows Remote Desktop Services and RemoteApp delivery. bull Experience with Oracle WebLogic. bull Microsoft Certifications (MCSAMOS).
