Sales Planning & Strategy Senior Advisor Job Description SummaryProvide support for initiatives that help to improve efficiency and production for our AMER Sales teams to include Direct Sales, BDR/ISR Teams and Partner Sales teams. These Sales Operations initiatives will include Territory/Account Management and Enrichment, Global Forecasting, Enterprise Deal Reviews and Sales reporting. Will also work on cross-functional initiatives with other internal groups such as Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, etc. This role will serve as the support role for AMER Account Executives. Will support in the facilitation of product and sales information flow to the field. Will serve as subject matter expert for our AMER Sales organization. Will work in our internal systems (Salesforce.com & Clari) to help provide the Sales insights and actional data.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport initiatives to develop key sales/marketing support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectivesServe as a project manager and implement new Sales initiatives for Sales Org (ex. Enterprise Deal Review, SFDC Account Data Enrichment, etc.)Support implementation partners as Dell Boomi brings on new tools to help drive behavior and productivityEnsure that processes are designed in ways that ensure data quality as information flows through each systemAs a Project Manager, handling all aspects of process improvement, including lead flow, product/price book management, and compensation reviewEssential RequirementsAt least 3-5 years' experience in a Sales Operations function or similar responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical Sales OrganizationExtensive Experience using Salesforce CRM. CPQ, Clari, Xactly and NetSuite knowledge is a bonus Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures, and policiesExperience leading and implanting projects is required Deep experience of Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint required)Excellent cross group collaboration skillsBachelor's degree is requiredDesirable RequirementsExperience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficialStrong experience with Salesforce workflows, analytics, and other advanced functionsUnderstanding of how the SaaS business model worksAble to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quicklyHighly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situationsBachelor's degreeHere's our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
