Key Responsibilities Be a key member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported Implement best practices in testing procedures and provide mentoring Identify areas of improvement within current QA practices and provide constructive feedback Work independently with a minimal level of guidance from technical leadership Gather information to help formulate acceptance criteria, be a user advocate, and be comfortable challenging and discussing the intent of stories to surface edge cases and improve outcomes Investigate and resolve complex customer issues Contribute to manual and automated testing suites to ensure future software stabilityEssential Requirements Technical expertise in web application testing and knowledge of testing API and Web Services using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver Experience in Web Services technologies including REST, SOAP, and WSDL Analytical skills to deduce the cause of issues in testing environment as well as production environment Exposure to mature development processes including use of source code control systems like GitDesirable Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 7+ years (or Master's degree and 5+ years) of experience in software quality assurance and testing Experience in SQL and relational database systems Experience using Linux/Unix environments Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment testing environmentsBenefits: We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
