As the Director of Data Strategy, you have an integral role in Acxiom's growth. Your expertise in consulting, analytical thinking and data science skillsets will help solve complex business challenges for brands and agencies using third party data. You're able to translate business needs into analytic exercises and able to communicate the results into compelling presentations with a goal of advising Acxiom's clients on solutions to address their needs. This role creates great value by delivering high quality, actionable recommendations that are integral to new business growth and retention for Acxiom and our clients. Work you'll do + Translate conceptual questions into data-driven analytics, resulting in meaningful quantitative insights and recommendations + Structure and guide modeling and analytic efforts as the liaison between sales, analytics, product, and the client + Build compelling narratives that conclude with a set of actionable recommendations - in executive memo, report, or presentation form + Drive the use of Acxiom's third-party data in digital campaigns, direct mail, and CRM enhancement through consulting with customers and prospects + Design and develop a series of new standardized cloud-based reports to showcase Acxiom's third-party data and identity offerings compared to a client provided file of known or anonymous users + Act as a strategic partner for brands and agencies What you will need + Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills + Experience in marketing driven work such as audience design & segmentation, personalization, optimization and measurement + Experience in a role that leverages data and identity in both online and offline channels + A consultative mindset with a strong ability to distill complex solutions into simple value stories + A client-service mindset with a background in working with internal functions as well as engaging directly with clients.
