Job Description

Data Coordinator Beaverton, Oregon 6+ months (Temp to perm) Summary Document Processing Support Team is a technology team within Class Action Corporate Restructuring business responsible for supporting the applications and system technology that supports the doc processing production function. The primary skillset of the team is BusinessData Analysis. The DPST team is responsible for setting up templates within the Data Entry applications used by ECAR, resolving exceptions in doc processing, ensuring imports are happening as scheduled, escalating issue to appropriate teams as required, and numerous other tasks. The role of the Workforce Coordinator is to assist in DPST resource assignment to ensure priority tasks are being completed in a timely manner. DutiesResponsibilities of role General Assign work that comes into the Doc Processing Support Team out to 4 + Business Analysts and Project Coordinators. Report daily status on the tasks assigned. Identify bottlenecks in work queues on a daily basis and reassign tasks as necessary. Gather and present analytics on work queues, times, etc. to improve process. Maintain estimates versus actuals (in terms of hours) against budgeted project work. Understand at any given time the progress of any given project that is currently within the DPST area of work, and understand deliverables or dependencies that may impact our ability to deliver on time. Pre-analyze on a weekly basis time entries for issues compared to tasks assigned the week prior before management approves hours. Qualifications (Required) -Experience doing general work listed under duties as a Project -Manager, Team Lead, or Supervisor in a technical field. -Strong English communication (verbal and written) skills with a strong customer service focus. -Ability to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty, ambiguity or lack of information. -Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically. -Ability to express complex technical and abstract concepts effectively both verbally and in writing. -Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization. -Ability to change planned direction on the fly and instantly re-calculate deliverable schedules and resourcing. -Ability to provide statistical analysis on workforce data for a variety of uses (strong emphasis on use of MS Excel). -Ability to handle a large volume of ever changing task assignments with quick turnaround. Qualifications (Preferred) -Basic understanding of service request applications similar to the company's Service Request system -Basic understanding of scripting languages and programming languages like Python, and Javascript -Understanding of development methodology and lifecycle.
