Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve processes.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to align with best practices and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.
- A true passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Desire to work remotely in a flexible environment, ideally based in Greece.
