Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for Czech-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and support.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English language.
  • At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural experience.
