As a Czech-speaking representative, you will support clients with their technical inquiries and ensure they have a seamless experience while enjoying the flexibility that remote work brings.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding IT support to Czech-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients about our products and services, guiding them to maximize their use.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product developments and support best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and prompt issue resolution.
