KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To Provide operational and analytical support related to security for computing platforms (i.e. endpoints, mobile device, Windows and LinuxVM servers) and networks. Management of Security Projects required to support the Security Program including Security Awareness and Education, Incident Response, and Identity and Access Management integration and upgrades. Support customer security operations, including assisting customers with analyzing, developing and implementing security methodologies and safeguards to protect their IT assets Provide some hands-on support for security tools in Event Monitoring, Vulnerability analysis, Privileged Account Management, Email Spam Gateway, O365 and other cloud services. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting Review vulnerability reports and work with IT business partners to address relevant vulnerabilities. Protect against OWASP Top 10 and Center for Internet Security (CIS 7.1) Governance Identify, develop andor implement mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities Partake in ITIL Change Management Change Control process Report frequently on work conducted and project status updates Qualifications Ability to Analyze and evaluate new and emerging security technologies, vendor security products for their applicability and feasibility and compatibility with Networks to secure hardwaresoftware IT and telecommunications resources.
