The Opportunity

At the heart of GrowthDay is our highly engaged, passionate and growing community. To help progress our vision, we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who loves to support community to join GrowthDay's Marketing Team.

This team's mission is to deliver delightful journeys and experiences to our customers wherever they may engage with us.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • Support GrowthDay's community app platform end to end with empathy and a customer-centric mindset

  • Create delightful experiences for current and future GrowthDay members through various channels

  • Create best-in-class community engagement strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for our business and our community

  • Constantly push the boundaries and make recommendations to all levels of the business on how to improve customer support

You Are What We Are Looking For If You Have:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist, or similar role.

  • work with customer-focused systems such as Helpscout/Stripe/Google Drive/Slack

  • A history of proactively delighting customers through your words, actions, and championing of process

  • The ability to work weekends or holidays if either falls on a launch date

  • Are passionate about championing customers' needs

  • Strong attention to detail in written work with a clear understanding and empathy for the end-customer

  • High emotional intelligence and energized work ethic.

  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, work autonomously managing multiple projects at once, and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
