This is a remote position.

OnceHub ( ) is an innovative and thriving software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides lead acceleration solutions to organizations worldwide.

We are a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents. Applying for this entry level position, youll work remotely from your home Georgia and report directly to one of our Customer Support Team Leads.

Join our growing global Customer Support team that actively provides customer support to help solve customer issues and pain points in real time.

In this role, you will:
Answer live chats and emails, providing support on a wide range of product topics

Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle

Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate back to the customer

Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new product features

This is a full time salaried position. Your usual schedule would consist of 8.5 hour shifts but more time may be required depending on daily circumstances. At this time we have second shifts starting between 10:00 to 13:00.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Located in and have work authorization in USA - Georgia .

Bachelors degree is requested, however, a combination of education and experience may be considered

1-3 years of Customer Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)

Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns

Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly

Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed

Native or fluent English speaker

Excellent at multitasking and highly productive

Strong interpersonal and problem skills.
