Job Description

The general duties of this role for U.S. Legal Support include being a vital part of ensuring success for the scheduling team while building relationships with our clients. In this role you must be detailed oriented and guarantee a seamless client experience from scheduling to witness appearance.


Essential Job Functions:
  • Handle large volume of calendared confirmations from clients via email and some by phone
  • Pay close attention to detail regarding any changes or modifications to calendared proceedings
  • Ability to communicate clearly via email, phone and in person
  • Clearly communicate with scheduling staff on any specific client's needs or request
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and carry out assigned work by end of day
  • Actively look for ways to assist peers when task permitted
  • Strong phone, customer service and team-oriented skills required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
