We are seeking Customer Support Agents that have earned an undergraduate degree or are in the process of it and have a passion for helping students at colleges and universities around the country.
The seasonal position will begin on August 4th, 2025 and is expected to last 5 to 6 weeks.
This is a remote position that requires access to a strong, stable internet connection in a quiet environment. Upon being hired, a company issued laptop will be shipped to use for the duration of the position. The laptop and any accompanying equipment are required to be shipped back immediately upon completion of the position.
