Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ eventually.*_****Description:**The Customer Service Agent will be solving complex incoming cases via phone, email, or chat everyday. The Agent will be aligned with 1 of the 3 groups in the Marketplace. When the customers have issues, the agents will be 100% dedicated to them. There will be very critical situations that they have to encounter. Agents need to be able to navigate through challenges and maintain professionalism. The most severe cases will be handled by managers.**Pay:** $18/hour**Schedule:** Must have open availability from 7am - Midnight, Mon-Sun. *Schedule will be provided during training.***Required Skills:**+ 1+ years of customer service/call center experience+ Effective communication skills**What will make you stand out?**+ 2+ years of experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using chat, email, and/or phone+ Strong computer skills, ability to navigate multiple systems+ Strong written & verbal communication skills+ Strong relationship-building skills and de-escalating skills_*Strong technical abilities needed. Agents will be navigating multiple systems to find the answers. This is not a typical call center that is scripted.
