Customer Support Administrator/Customer Service (Hybrid working)

London

Paying up to £25,000

CCR are working in partnership with a global supplier to the aviation sector, this position in based in London however does offer hybrid working. Monday to Friday 9-5:15 / no shift patterns or weekend.

For this position we are ideally considering candidates who have experience with CRM systems although this isn't essential, but desirable. Another key factor about this opportunity is the fact it is a mixture of day-to-day duties but predominantly 60% phone work and 40% systems and administration.

Daily you'd be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and provide administrative support to the Sales teams whilst enabling the accurate and efficient process for orders, invoicing and cash collection, with a commitment to customer service and adherence to company policy.

Daily duties

  • Taking and making calls to existing customers.
  • KPI & Customer Complaints Management.
  • Order processing.
  • Taking payments and invoicing credits.
  • Updating CRM systems.
