Detailed Job title: Customer Success Manager/Sales Manager - Payments/FinTech

Duration: Permanent

Location: Remote (London office)

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 depending on experience plus 30 days holiday, shares and home working

Do you have experience in Customer Success in the payments or technology space and looking to take ownership of developing long-term relationships with financial institutions and customers?

Sentinel are working with a FinTech Payments organisation, looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and foster long-term relationships across the UK and International banking markets. The position would suit a Sales Manager with a combination of business development and customer success experience.

Responsibilities:

As the Customer Success Manager you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping customers adopt and derive maximum benefit from award-winning cloud native payments technology
  • Build and forster long-term relationships within International banking
  • Develop and nuture relationships from prospects to customers
  • Represent the company at events and conferences

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in Customer Success/Sales/business Development
  • Strong track record of new business/success in the payments/technology space
  • Worked in enterprise product sales
  • Strong network in the banking/financial space
  • Strong networking experience for events/conferances
