At Kinematica, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive adoption and usage, and help our customers achieve their business goals through the use of our products.

You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing them with personalized support and guidance. You will proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products or services to existing customers, while also monitoring customer health and taking necessary actions to prevent churn.


Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively drive customer adoption and usage of our products
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Monitor and measure customer health, proactively addressing any issues or concerns
  • Gather feedback and communicate customer insights internally, contributing to product improvements
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar role
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools
  • Technical background or familiarity with SaaS products is a plus
