Customer Success Engineer – US, Remote

In this role, you will own relationships with customers in the North America region and be responsible for customer implementation, program development, and exercise execution with the goal of driving adoption, renewal, and expansion. As an advocate for the customer, you will work closely with the Product team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. The RangeForce Customer Success team is motivated to drive organizational cyber readiness by ensuring customers yield the most benefit out of their individual and team training efforts as possible.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by enabling customers to further adopt and expand usage of the RangeForce Readiness program within their organization.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation to establish a positive working relationship and accelerate time to value while developing an understanding of customers’ business needs to align program milestones
- Effectively handle customer escalations to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
- Identify at-risk customers and develop re-engagement strategies to mitigate churn
- Conduct regular customer touchpoint meetings with program administrators to consult on program best practices, highlight new features and use-cases, and validate program ROI
- Facilitate customer cyber range events, coordination of results, and collation of data into after-action report deliverables.
- Socialize program and range results with customer leadership.
- Continually stay up to date on new RangeForce content and cybersecurity current events
Education, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience working in Customer Success or other customer relationship-building roles managing Fortune 500, enterprise-level clients
- Knowledge of several (not ALL) of the following technical domains: Enterprise Security operations, cyber threat hunting and intelligence, incident response. Digital forensics. Security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND. Application, web and/or network security. Security tools and solutions at various levels of computing. Virtualization and Infrastructure as Code. Windows and Linux operating systems fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of cyber threat intelligence and common attack vectors
- Comfort conducting technical, non-technical, and executive level presentations remotely and in-person
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Experience carrying a quota and surpassing targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and customer success platforms (Churnzero, PlanHat, etc.)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
