Working hours:

  • 5 day working Rotational shift timings and week offs
  • Shift timings can rotate b/w 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm, 10am-8pm and 11am-9pm

Role:

Location - Bangalore

Role:

  • The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for handling customer queries on chat call and email.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, work as per rotational week offs

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualification:

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Skills Required for the role- Typing speed of 30 wpm, Fluent in English and Hindi
