Job Description

We are recruiting a customer services advisor for a well known online charity platform.

This role will initially for 4 weeks may get extended to 8 weeks.

£11 per hour

Hours: 9.00- 17.30 or 9.30 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
Working from home

Please see below a description of the duties for the customer services advisor.

  • Providing front-line support for charities as well as charities looking to join the platform
  • Communicate with customers via email, live chat and phone (calls will be scheduled)
  • Escalating bugs/fixes to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Follow up with customers and arrange any future calls with the Customer Success team
  • Supporting the team in general and going where the customer demand is

You must have experience in customer services and be available for work immediately.

You must also be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
