Job Description

STARTS REMOTE but needs to be able to commute to Crystal Lake, IL when COVID is over


Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm


- Post-sales customer service support
- Helping troubleshoot issues post-sales with customers
- Take 40-60 inbound calls and emails/chats from customers
- Interact with customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Use product knowledge to express maintenance procedures on products with customers
- Set up technicians for service calls
- Utilize CRM software (Zendesk)
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Other duties as requested
