BSN SPORTS is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team remotely, and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.Primary Responsibilities: Duties include following the order process from start to finish, to include order entry, order follow up, and lead follow up. - Following an order from processing through invoicing - Responsible for all returns/replacements for assigned sales pro-s - Managing sales reports for orders processed - Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS) - Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments - Responsible for keeping an open communication with vendors - Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers - Continuing education around knowledge of ProductsRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong outgoing personality with a passion for working with an outside sales professional Must have strong product knowledge with excellent communication and follow up skills Must be detail-oriented and possess strong multi-tasking abilities Preferred Qualifications: - SAP experience - Previous Team Sports experience - College DegreeBSN SPORTS prides itself in its value system of Heart, Integrity, Teamwork, and Resourcefulness.
