Job Description

**This role will be remote for the time being, but eventually will be back in the office.**A software company in the Beaverton area is looking to add Customer Service - Payment Support Specialists to the team.Responsibilities:The Payment Support Specialist assists in payment automation process through daily interaction with new and existing suppliers and customers. Payment Support takes inbound calls and emails on payments, contact details and general questions. Service in this position drives bottom-line results for our customers by maintaining or increasing supplier acceptance of electronic payments and removing work from customer's accounts payable departments+ Support suppliers (and customers) through inbound phone calls and emails.+ Enter information received into the database; provide follow up communication with supplier defining any additional information or steps required. Clearly communicate procedures and policies by phone and email.+ Maintain records of vendor and customer accounts- interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments or needed actions.+ Receive incoming information from vendors; review for accuracy and completeness.Qualifications:+ 2-3 years of call center experience (Software environment a plus)+ Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), ticketing software (Zendesk) is a plus+ Ability to utilize dual-monitors to maximize efficiency+ Diploma, GED, or Degree requiredPay: $17/hr**If Interested:Contact Derek at .
