Opportunity to move to other departments or be promoted as they continue to build infrastructure from within.**Qualifications:**+ 2+ years of customer service experience doing outreach or inbound calls+ Must have own laptop (with camera), headphones (airpods, headphones, head sets), and quiet space to work in - **(no chromebooks)**+ Extremely strong with utilizing technology. Iphone, chat apps, navigating the internet, utilizing slack, using multiple screens, etc)+ Strong grammatical skillsbecause most inquires will be handled via text or chat+ Type 40WPM**Job Overview:**+ This position is to help their general client base with any questions relating to their prescriptions. This will support their NJ and NY business.**Work Environment:**+ Remote - Work from home **But eventually in office (** Must have own equipment)+ Must be open to being assigned a shift between 8am-11:00pm.
