Job Description

Thank you for your interest in a position with Equitable. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are to professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls with superior quality, and in a timely and accurate manner. The CSR is to provide accurate information regarding product and procedural issues, which are taught in the initial "New Hire" training and reviewed/amended in ongoing training sessions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The CSR's focus should be on giving callers the best customer service experience possible. Follow all FINRA guidelines regarding transactional processing, call handling and record keeping. Identify and analyze problem cases by referring case matters to the appropriate areas for resolution as needed. 70% - Answer incoming phone calls to set standards of ATT, AHT, ACW, AUX and schedule adherence while meeting center quality standards and following NASD guidelines.Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications Ability to multi-task. Capability to work efficently and effectively from home. Proven experience working with MS Office.
