Customer Service Representative, fully remote Start Date: Monday, October 31st, 2022 Who We Are WPS Health Solutions is a leading not-for-profit health insurer in Wisconsin. Receive telephone, written, fax, and e-mail inquiries concerning TRICARE eligibility, benefits determinations, and claims adjudication questions or billing problems. Submit claims for adjudication, correction, payment, or review as appropriate Research and provide final resolution to inquiries within contractual requirements. Respond to inquirer using various forms of communication (written letter, telephone, web, or email) within time frames to exceed contractual standards How do I know this opportunity is right for me? Minimum Qualifications U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of customer service experience Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology Microsoft Office Experience Ability to navigate dual monitor screens Recent Military and Veterans Health claims processing with knowledge of TRICARE benefits and guidelines, system applications, medical terminology, and procedure codes Currently, WPS strongly encourages employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. However, if the court reinstates the vaccination requirement for federal government contractors, as a condition of continued employment with WPS, you would either need to be fully vaccinated or have an approved accommodation Additional Information: Start Dates: Monday, October 31st, 2022 Starting Salary: 18$ an hour Training Schedule: First 5 weeks Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:35pm CST Scheduled Shift: Shift Starting between 8:30am-9:30am CST Monday-Friday Work from Home: This is a 100% remote opportunity for all approved remote worker states. This is a non-exempt, non-bargaining unit position Remote and hybrid work options available.
