Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding glass, window tinting, and ceramic coating services for vehicles.
- Assess customer needs, provide product knowledge, and efficiently book services.
- Demonstrate expertise in our products and the associated processes.
- Manage schedules, set appointments, and close sales during phone conversations.
- Respond to emails promptly and proactively reach out to leads for scheduling.
- Utilize technical knowledge of car maintenance services.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills.
- Comfortably engage in sales through phone and email conversations.
- Possess experience with cars and administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
