Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have to ensure a seamless experience. If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively

• Handle complaints and escalate cases when necessary

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken)

• Good command of English

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
