Location: Telecommute (Designated Office: Palm Springs, FL)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM)

Pay: up to $18.62 per hour commensurate with experience

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking support and resources. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
  • Providing general information on available community resources
  • Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
  • Managing email communication and updating records
  • Assisting providers with questions or requests

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish– Required (read, write, speak).
  • High school diploma (Associate Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
  • High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
