Job Description

Work Schedule is: Monday through Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. with alternating Saturdays 10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. (2 days on-site at Doral office and 3 days to work remotely from home)

Candidates must be very comfortable in a call center environment and have a strong belief in the importance of QUALITY sales & customer service.

The minimum Internet service/speed requirement for Telework/Remote work position:

20MB Download and 10MB upload speeds

Mandatory 4 weeks at Doral office

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. through 5pm.

After successful completion of training, Work Schedule is: Monday through Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. with alternating Saturdays 10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. (2 days on-site at Doral office and 3 days to work remotely from home)

MUST HAVE GED OR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.

THIS POSITION IS EXPECTED TO START IN JANUARY 24TH, 2022

Shift Available:

Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm (EST) with rotating Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (2 days on-site at Doral office and 3 days to work remotely from home)

· MUST have customer service experience in a Call Center environment.

· Handle client/patient questions, complaints, requests or inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism, with the goal of one-call resolution & patient retention.

· Conduct inbound and/or outbound calls to patients, doctors' offices, and insurance companies as necessary or required to complete tasks.

· Respond to telephone inquiries (inbound/outbound calls): ascertain patient needs; respond appropriately & with urgency to patient requests, questions, complaints & concerns.

· Provide patients with accurate, timely, and satisfactory solutions to potential & arising complaints & concerns about their orders, devices, usage, and physician-ordered prescription(s).

· Overcome objections & effectively resolve customer concerns with the goal of retaining patient accounts. Offer alternative solutions as appropriate.

· Ensure accurate update & entry of changes to order/re-order quantities as requested by physician &/or patient. Ensure that proper authorization and/or documentation is received before additional supplies are shipped to patient, as required.

· Ensure accurate changes / data entry of patient records in information systems, including service issues. Update patient files for known changes to patient records.
