Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Participation Operations team to care for and champion our customers. The Basics:

The Customer Service Coordinator will join a knowledgeable team of professionals to serve as the primary point of contact for our program participants. Our Customer Service Coordinator will answer customer inquiries via in-bound phone calls while striving to provide quality care. If you're a self-motivated, intuitive problem solver and enjoy working with people, we want to meet you.

The Right Skills:

You are able to work Monday through Friday, with available shifts between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
You have a passion for delivering world-class customer service to our program participants
You are interested in learning more about the exciting world of sales incentive and travel programs that span the globe
You are an excellent problem-solver with the ability to think quickly
You have strong oral and written communication skills
You are organized and self-motivated to manage your own time
You are familiar with Windows based software applications

You are an excellent listener and respond to internal and external customer needs in a timely manner
You do what it takes to complete projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
You have superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
