Job Requirements: ? Receives inbound calls from customers and provides answers to questions ? Updates call record. Data entry ? Schedules appointments, s ? Adjusts to changes in work schedules and adheres to shift requirements. Will be handling inbound and outbound calls. ? Minimum one (1) year Customer Service-Call Center with Healthcare. If you have Sales with upselling experience...this is a huge plus! ? Experience meeting KPI requirements.
