PREMIER is a division of Brown & Brown that provides sales and service of consumer insurance (auto, homeowner's and more) to our clients/customers in Florida.

The Customer Service Associate will assist clients with issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.


  • Servicing accounts, making and receiving calls to and from clients, answering client questions

  • Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current

  • Collaborate with Management team for data entry projects and miscellaneous projects

  • Scanning and filing documents into the company database


  • 2-20 P&C License

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role within an insurance agency or company

  • Spanish a plus!!

  • Upbeat personality that comes across to customers on the phone

  • Advanced computer skills including: MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook plus accurate typist, and savvy to toggle amongst many websites

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Completes tasks timely and accurately.

  • Self-motivated, Organized, Detail-Oriented
