We are seeking individuals with extensive customer service experience to act as first point of contact to our clients Business and Consumer customers.
Working within their fast-paced Customer Experience Hub, you''ll help to achieve an outstanding customer experience, by putting the customer first and always doing the right thing.
As a customer service advisor, you will Handling queries from business and consumer customers with the best use of customer service.
Connecting with customers at a professional level, building rapport and escalating any issues that need resolution
Please note This opportunity is remote working after successful completion of training however will revert to an office based position when the pandemic is over.
Location Leeds City Centre, Contract Temporary Ongoing, Start date ASAP
Working hours Monday to Friday - candidate must be flexible as per business requirement
Pay: £10.50ph 21- 24 - £11.20ph 25 and over (weekly umbrella pay)
