Role - Customer Service Advisor
Salary- £19,000-£20,000 per annum
Location - Didcot, Oxfordshire (Remote working possible)

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Didcot, who require a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be working within a team and reporting to the Team Leader. You will be utilising your exceptional communication and organisational skills dealing with complex issues, whilst being flexible handling multiple tasks, working calmly under pressure, ensuring timelines are met.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
Your Main duties include:
Handle internal and external customer enquiries and complaints via telephone and e-mail in an efficient and timely manner.
Providing support to customers in real time on the website and via a live chat platform
To take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution.
To maintain our service level agreement for calls, written communication & web queries.
To feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to recurring problems

Administrator/Customer Service Experience
Experience Promoting Products (Advantageous)
IT Skills: Microsoft Office
