Job Description

**Description:**• Receives and reviews customer purchase orders, sales order forms, samples and artwork for accuracy and completeness.• Compiles customer order packets for Production Planners to create manufacturing jobs.• Ensures Sales Order information in Trojan ERP system is correct including PO numbers, part numbers, order quantities, pricing, sundries, billing address, ship-to addresses. Sends customer order acknowledgement once delivery date is confirmed.• Manages customer proofing process.• Tracks orders through production and communicates problems, changes, or updates to plant personnel, sales representatives, and customers.• Initiates customer shipping releases and monitors progress to ensure delivery requirements are met.• Reviews and approves draft invoices and provides supporting documentation to Accounting.• Maintains and distributes customer-specific reports and spreadsheets.• Manages order expedite requests.• Proactively manages customer finished goods levels and aged inventory.• Maintains customer profile information in both OneNote and the Trojan ERP system.• Manages customer complaints and returned goods.
