We are seeking Customer Discovery Specialists who will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, attending meetings, and conducting client research to gather valuable insights. The ideal candidate is highly personable, likable, and possesses excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Nice to have).
-Proven experience in customer discovery, client management, or a related role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and likable demeanor.
-Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, including Pipedrive and other relevant tools.
-Ideally based in the USA.
The chosen candidate will report to the Product Owner and will collaborate closely with teammates.
Negotiable hourly rate based on experience.
