Job Description

We are actively hiring for a Customer Direct Marketing Program Manager (Remote) to join our team. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! Are you passionate about improving the customer experience through direct marketing and customer communications? This role allows you to be an advocate for our customers and bring your demonstrated working knowledge of customer marketing to execute direct marketing campaigns (direct mail and email). Join our Policyholder Marketing and Communications team at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer in this individual contributor role. We sell AAA Insurance through our partner AAA motor clubs. *Essential Responsibilities:* * Execute and manage direct marketing (email and direct mail) that will fit with larger enterprise strategy and Policyholder Marketing strategy for customer communications around retention, engagement and cross-sell. * Lead or partner with cross-functional teams around programs and new initiatives. * Promote usage of customer loyalty rewards program, account management website, features, and tools. * Work with creative agency and internal creative resources to develop communication components of programs including design options and leading feedback/approval process. * Analyze and understand customer data across multiple dimensions to determine appropriate test and learn strategies at a program level around segments, offers, messaging, creative, etc. * Create and maintain list section criteria for program level communications. * Understand and apply learnings from campaign reporting on key performance indicators, as well as metrics from other reporting avenues. *What would make us excited about you?* * BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred. * At least 4 - 5 years of experience project/program managing direct marketing campaigns. * At least 2-3 years of experience specific to customer marketing (such as onboarding and retention) through multiple channels such as direct mail, email, outbound telemarketing, and statement channels. * Proficient understanding of direct marketing best practices including list selection, offer management, creative development, and testing. * Excellent project management skills and experience, with the drive to get things done. * Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of communication creation. Understand and be able to express communication best practices. Knowledge of how to advocate for the "voice of the customer" in a variety of communications, as well as consistently apply brand standards. * Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external business partners to resolve issues, gain needed information, and influence outcomes, plus provide leadership as part of matrixed project teams. * Ability to analyze, interpret and/or compare program results, market research, trends, and competitive data to identify key learnings. From these key learnings, ability to make solid, strategic program level recommendations. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external partners. *Why join us?* * Make a difference. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $80,000-$95,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
