These openings are going to be FULLY REMOTE! (start date:

1/10 but interviewing starting right after Thanksgiving). They do need to

be in the Chicago-land area due to picking up equipment.


Job Description:

Customer Care Representative

• Receive on average 50-70 calls per day which can vary in time. (average call time is 11.5 minutes)

• Calls will be regarding warranty issues, billing inquiries, processing payments, starting up or transferring services if customers relocated.

• It is estimated that most of the upcoming calls will be in regards to furnaces not working (due to the cold weather) and the initial startup for the season.

• Several of these calls can lead to upselling opportunities.

• It is expected for Customer Care Representatives to be comfortable will be suggesting add on services or products, extending warranties or contracts, etc.

• Update and maintain customer account information


• Must have Customer Service experience, whether call center or retail.

• Must be comfortable navigating multiple computer progr saleams at one time.

• Go getter attitude, excellent listening skills, ability to close

• Sales ability, not afraid to push back on a customer or make recommendations to make the sale

Training: 5-6 weeks.

Hours: must be flexible between 6 am- 6-7pm. 8.5 hour shift between there (40 hour weeks)

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS BETWEEN 6AM-5 PM. They will need to work EVERY OTHER Saturday until the next shift bid occurs (every 6 months)- even with Saturdays, they will only work 5 days/week (40 hours) so they will have Sunday and a week day off!
