This position reports to the Office of Digital Innovation.Job Responsibilities & RequirementsEssential Functions:Collaborate with stakeholders and the CRM team to define requirements, deliverables, and set/manage expectationsAssist in setting technical vision, standards, and roadmapDesign and develop technology solutions for business challenges in sales, customer experience, and marketing functions using Salesforce including the creation of conceptual approach, technical analysis, fit gap assessment, testing, deploy and support activitiesAbility to manage projects and lead teams collaboratively in all phases of technology solution delivery from design, development, implementation, and maintenanceClearly and regularly communicate with management and team members and delegate tasks when appropriateAssist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiativesGuide and mentor developers, demonstrate thought leadership, ensure best practices, and keep stakeholders informed of technical progress and risk.Ensure development team follows best practices when architecting, programming, or documenting solutions.Prepare documentation covering process, flow mapping, design, and codeKeep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalityKnowledge of dependencies in requirements that may have an effect on other business processes or IT systemsSalesforce Development including Custom Objects, Performance Tuning, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Lightning ComponentsRequired SkillsRich background in CRM applications, preferably SalesforceFocuses results on company goals and optimizing customer experienceBuilds a high level of trust and rapport with others throughout the organizationContinuous Delivery / Continuous IntegrationStrong experience with custom applicationsAn understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environmentAbility to function with new technologies with minimal support and guidanceAbility to work well under minimal supervisionRequired:Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or business administration5 years business process experience working with Salesforce (preferably Lightning UI)8 years experience with the full software development lifecycleDemonstrated team building and project management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skillsDemonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com implementation10-15% travel internationally as necessaryPreferred:8+ years CRM business process experience8+ Experience working in global environment10+ Experience of working on complex projects and interfacing with managers and stakeholdersActive Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II)Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reportsExperience in mapping data, data preparation, data loadingMiTek is an E-Verify and Drug and Tobacco-Free Workplace.
