Job Description

Overview:
Responsible for the integration of new agencies and platforms into the company's Customer Relationship Management tool. Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures for all new and current agencies as it pertains to integrations of CRM's and related tools. Communicate directly with users and internal teams to ensure a proper migration from one platform to another takes place within standard protocol. Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure migrations of all new agencies take place in a timely manner and provide status of pipeline. Complete any integrations of additional sales tools and resources into the CRM as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and abide by standard processes and procedures for integrating new agencies and platforms into our current CRM

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper handoffs during migration process and efficient timelines

Communicate timelines and progress internally with Sales Operations team and maintain transparency with the field including users, agencies and Regional IT directors

Maintain awareness of best practices through new tools and research to consistently improve delivery of solutions to business stakeholders and identify opportunities for existing functionality. Advocate and implement these on a go forward basis.

Perform monthly tasks and work with outside database vendors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data and the database.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with Data Analytics

Minimum of 3 years' professional experience, preferably with CRM software

Technical knowledge in Microsoft products and its integrations including but not limited to Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Azure and Power Platform

Ability to take a topic of higher complexity and break it into topics that are digestible by technical and non-technical stakeholders
