Summary We are recruiting for a CRM Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, needs, and processes as we build a global CRM on Salesforce. Job Responsibilities & Requirements Essential Functions: * Collaborate with stakeholders and the CRM team to define requirements, deliverables, and set/manage expectations * Design and configure solutions for sales, customer service, and marketing function using Salesforce including the creation of conceptual approach, technical analysis, fit gap assessment, design, development, testing, deploy and support activities. * Provide functional knowledge for Salesforce and associated business processes * Creation of project documentation to include user manuals, documentation, test scripts * Provide orientation and training deliverables to business users * Provide Salesforce demonstrations for business users * Ability to influence through change management and effective communication * Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality using this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements and update end users * Knowledge of dependencies in requirements that may have an effect on other business processes or IT systems SKILLS & ABILITIES: Required Skills * Rich background in the Salesforce Platform * Strong understanding of entire MiTek customer lifecycle * Focuses results on company goals and optimizing customer experience * Builds a high level of trust and rapport with others throughout the organization * Advanced analytical skills IND123 Experience Required: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or business administration * Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Salesforce (preferably Lightning UI, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud, Pardot) * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) Preferred: * 3+ years CRM business process experience * 2+ years' Experience working in global environment * 2+ years' Experience of working on complex projects (preferably agile methodology) and interfacing with managers and stakeholders * Experience in mapping data, data preparation, data loading * Ability to develop and exercise task specific project plans * 10-15% travel internationally if necessary MiTek is an E-Verify and Drug and Tobacco-Free Workplace.
