The Partnership team plays a key role in shaping the overall creator partnership strategy, aiming to maximize value creation for both the platform and content creators. Their efforts are focused on fostering mutually beneficial relationships and collaborations

As Creator Partnerships Manager at FACEIT, you will be crucial in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Creator Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with creators, and other key strategic partners to build relationships and create experiences on the FACEIT platform.


  • Build long-term relationships with content creators, competition organizers, local communities and other potential strategic partners; assist them with the planning and execution of the FACEIT Platform, and marketing their activities both on and outside of the FACEIT platform;
  • Initiate new relationships with creators; manage and strengthen existing relationships through tight and continuous communication to ensure we are in a position to support them responsively and effectively; assist them on a regular basis to enable their projects to reach their full potential;
  • Search and identify successful or high-potential creators within the communities of the games that we support on our platform
  • Connect with key stakeholders of the gaming ecosystem to identify and pitch partnership integration opportunities;
  • Track, manage, and report key performance metrics objectives and goals; metrics are important to understand internally, and with the partner, the success of the projects within the community;
  • Develop together with the Senior Manager the overall partnership strategies and goals


    • Fluency in English and Arabic
    • Good understanding of the AAA esports competitive ecosystems (CS2, OW2, Valorant, LoL, Dota2)
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience with using the Microsoft/Google suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and divide time among multiple projects
    • Strong understanding and passion for Gen Z media platforms 
  • Nice to have:
    • Ability to communicate in French
    • Being a FACEIT user
    • Having an existing network within the MENA Counter Strike  ecosystem
