Professional Employment Group is working with our Fortune 100 Financial client in the St. Louis, Missouri area and we are seeking a Creative Traffic Manager, Marketing to join their team for a remote, year long contract. PEG offers medical, dental, and vision insurance. In this role you will be acting as the hub between creative teams and internal clients to manage projects.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Responsible for receiving, tracking, and shepherding all incoming projects or expiring initiatives
  • Assign projects and tasks to appropriate resources, accounting for shifting timelines and priorities
  • Maintain project management tool and status updates: maintain workflows, delineate tasks, and create status updates
  • Track team calendar and scheduling
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce proper usage of process and tools with internal stakeholders
  • Provide communication of available capacity and utilization, reporting and summary data to leadership on a defined cadence
  • Implement and support change management of new processes and tools with stakeholders
  • Serve as a resource to Project Managers to answers moderately complex production or project questions, provide guidance, and escalate to the Managing Director as needed
  • Ensure resourced teams understand deliverables timelines and have visibility into impact of resource reallocation so deadlines are consistently met; help prioritize tasks as needed
  • Track project plan and review daily/weekly work schedule with PL team and creative team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and creative teams to manage new project requests, interpret requirements, define the scope, create schedules, and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure quality on-time delivery of assets and efficient utilization of resources
  • Schedule and run weekly meetings with Project Managers to get updates on projects and anticipate future needs
  • Onboard and train new creative resources into department processes and systems
  • Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming projects across the health and wellness of the team, building strong relationships with client engagement, and delivery
  • Communicate regularly with leaders about the overall current status of jobs in progress, proactively advising on and problem solving for any identified risks, schedule changes, or delays that may impact expected delivery or business results - high level
  • Produce and maintain and a status report to be viewed by cross-functional senior managers
  • Drive operational efficiency to increase production capacity, while remaining compliant with processes
  • Facilitate the project closeout process

Who You Are:
  • 5 + years creative project or traffic management experience at a fast-paced agency or internal creative department
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • A clear communicator-voice constructive opinions, develop solutions, manage expectations
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process from kick-off to delivery
  • Highly organized and passionate about knowing what the creative team is working on, their bandwidth, availability
  • Self-starter who can meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and multi-functional to handle ever changing priorities
  • Excellent project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Well-developed persuasion, facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (such as: Workfront, or Asana, Basecamp, Smartsheet
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL or Tableau experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends within the data and apply to reporting techniques
