CPR+ Software Engineer - Telecommute

Exciting opportunity to join a team in a fast paced and challenging environment providing end to end operations and support of a complex financial system to a broad spectrum of clients.

As part of our OptumRx Infusion team, in this role you will play a significant part in supporting daily operational staff in the Infusion business. You will support the Pharmacy Management System for OptumRx which is called CPR+. The nature of this role is doing application support and enhancements, not development. You will interact with nurses, pharmacists, the billing team and business operations staff. CPR+ is a comprehensive pharmacy management system that supports the growing OptumRx Infusion business and is actively used every day.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support CPR+ application

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supporting CPR+ with demonstrated experience in
  • Supporting business operations and providing functional expertise in how to use CPR+
  • Making configuration and application updates
  • Completing file updates for external vendors (Medispan, SHP, etc.)
  • UAT Testing
• If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders
