Job Description

The position will be 100 Remote !! Interview Mode Phone and Video Job Description Consumer Product Goods Project Manager Our direct client is in need of a Project Manager with strong experience in Consumer Product Goods. The role would work for the client's lead Project Manager who in turn reports directly to the CIO. Candidates should have a high sense of urgency, deliverable focused, and be able to work on their own without needing to be given day to day direction. The CIO and Lead PM prefer someone who knows how to work with Agile project management. Our client is looking for a PM Athlete Roll up your sleeves type of individual who knows how to get stuff done with minimal direction. Summary The client just completed a 3-month rapid transformation with a Strategic advisory firm that identified opportunities for savings some of which need IT. The resource(s) would be working with the business to "tease-out" what they're after versus just saying "I need IT..." The PM should have a deep understanding of Consumer Goods processes with a background in having managed projects in Demand Supply Planning, Warehouse Management andor Finance (RTRPTP). The client will consider bringing in multiple resources if the subject matter expertise was there. Strong AGILE and JIRA experience a must. NOTE Supply Chain, Warehouse experience a must!!! Strong ERP experience is highly desired. The PM will educatetrain business owners on how to write-up and submit project requests to ensure they are actionable by IT with a minimum of additional involvement with the business owner and a clear understanding of the business value. The role is not intended to develop a new process but to ensure business owners know what they need to do in order for action to be taken. PM client experience through firms like Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG or Accenture - Is a nice to have but not necessary.
