One of my top clients is a stellar life-sciences client with great values and work culture, and they are looking to add 3-5 new hires to it's incredible team! An IT or Life Sciences background in recruiting is required. If candidates don't have IT / Clinical backgrounds, they will also consider candidates with high-volume full life cycle recruiting experience.

Senior Technical Recruiter


This position is responsible for working directly with hiring managers to develop a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent across our enterprise. The Recruiter will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Talent Acquisition Process including strategy implementation, sourcing, screening and employment offer development.



Responsibilities:



  • Determine appropriate recruiting resources for sourcing, advertising, and generating pools of qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

  • Support and coordinate details to ensure a smooth conversion process for temp-to-hire positions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies for current and future career opportunities.

  • Proactively sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.

  • Effectively partners with internal, external, and internet-based resources in the course of conducting employment advertising and sourcing campaigns.

  • Support and provide needed information to ensure downstream processes; such as background checks, onboarding and any other new hire related task is completed effectively.

  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

  • Suggest process improvement initiatives to ensure stakeholder (candidates, hiring managers) satisfaction and process efficiency.

  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

  • Dedicated team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 95% of a typical working day.

  • Ability to use a telephone through a headset.




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or related major, Human Resources preferred; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years full life cycle IT, Life Sciences, or high-volume recruiting experience

  • 6+ years of relevant full lifecycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, interviewing, employment offer processing, and onboarding stages.

  • 6+ years of relevant full lifecycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, interviewing, employment offer processing, and onboarding stages.

  • 6+ years of experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate assessments, and other effective tools.

  • 2+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience in iCIMS is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external vendors.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior experience with direct sourcing and creative candidate generation techniques as well as recruiting strategy development and implementation.

  • 1+ years of previous staffing experience for large volume hiring initiatives and hiring classes.
