Corporate Recruiter (100% Remote) Nashville, TN 37211

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Recruiter for one of our top clients in Nashville, TN. You will be responsible for conducting full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities. Must reside in surrounding area of Nashville, TN 37211. There are onsite & remote options, and work hours are 8/9AM CST start time. Your will be managing a High-Volume Corporate Recruiting desk and over 30-50+ Requirements weekly. Looking for talent in the Central Time Zone States only.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles.
  • This will include active and passive candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet-based sourcing.
  • Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
  • Adhere to assigned performance metrics. Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Responsible for participating in select talent acquisition process improvement projects, tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics and taking on new initiatives as they develop. e.g. international recruiting, college/university recruiting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business-related degree strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and strong organization skills.
  • Knowledge of ICMS is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • High Volume Recruiting is a requirement.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures as well as employment law.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions.
  • Must have experience working with various ATSs such as Taleo or PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives.
  • Local candidates only and a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) to facilitate access to facilities.
